Exactly - what they didn't say was -
Was she drinking 2-3 liters of water every day?
Was she taking vitamin supplements?
Calcium supplements?

Hmmmm - frankly it scared me a bit, but they don't get their facts straight these people!

You might want to look in a couple of the other threads started yesterday covering the Tonight programme with Trevor McDonald.

There is so much mis information about low carbing going the rounds. I've been living this lifestyle for 2 years now and am perfectly healthy. Every success to you.
