I have a question about ATKINS BAKE MIX....
 

When I see recipes that call for:
2/3 cup GNC Soy Bake Mix
2/3 cup Soy Flour
2/3 cup Vanilla Protein Whey
2/3 cup Flax Seed Meal
I really want to know if I can substitute the ATKINS BAKE MIX for all of this type of stuff.
I realize that the person who created this recipe may just want the extra fiber, but I just really want to make SIMPLE RECIPES on our BUDGET, not having to buy every soy product, flax, and whey product.
