Spacedoll's Exercise Log
Well, I decided to start an exercise log to keep track of my workouts and to keep me motivated on my weight loss journey. Sometimes I get pretty lazy so hopefully this will help!

Didn't get much sleep last night (my toddler was crying and talking in his sleep!). BUT, I decided not to make that an excuse to not work out! And I'm glad I did because I feel so good now, physically and mentally. :thup: Today was my lower body workout day.

Awesome workout
No exercise yesterday. But that's ok cuz I do only 4 days a week. Didn't feel good yesterday and I'm guessing it was cuz I was getting into ketosis. I had headaches and nausea 2 days in a row. Feel fantastic today though. Had a great workout. I decided to do my Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing dvd for a change. She rocks! Have to get all her dvds. I was also able to do some push ups and sit ups! YES! :agree:

Did my lower body workout today. It kicked my butt good!!! Man, it was tough. I warm up for 10 min, do some cardio, then strap on my ankle weights for leg lifts and other leg exercises. Really felt the burn. So happy that I made my 4 days of exercise for this week :D Thinking about adding a 5th day of just weights, no cardio. Let's see how I feel next week.

UBWO & Cardio
Back for another week of feirce workouts! ;)
Today I did 70 minutes! Somedays I feel I could keep going, but my toddler needs me :baby: and I have to stop. I was really tired this morning and hated the thought of working out. I asked myself, should I take off today or just get it over with? I just put on my workout clothes and read a fitness magazine to get my butt motivated. I always feel so amazing and energized afterwards, so why can't I be more excited to start it? I guess it was the tiredness, but I can't let that cheat me form getting my workouts in. Yeah! No exercise yesterday, off day. Today was upper body with weights. Worked up a nice sweat. Feel great. Diet wise I need to get srtict, cut down on cheese, diet Pepsi, salt, and just get more water in. Hopefully this will get my weight moving down again.

Taebo
Billy Blanks rocks!!! He kicked my butt good today. I did some of the leg workout from the Bootcamp DVD. Awesome. My favorite workout from Billy was one of the first Taebo ones that came out, I had it on a vhs tape that my hubby destroyed by recording a basketball game on top of it!!! I can't find that same workout anywhere. So I bought this new one. It's ok, but still like the old one alot. Anyway, today I did 60 min. Felt really good.

Did my UBWO with Gilad on tv this morning. I decided since I only do workouts 4 days a week, to step it up to 75 min. each! That's 15 min. more than I usually do, but it wasn't hard. So today was successful. Hopefully the rest of the week will be too.

Well, looks like I"ll be in pms hell all this week. Didn't sleep well last night, I'm bloated, my bad knee is bothering me and my legs are sore. SO....taking today off and no matter what, I'm back on tomorrow.

Yesterday, I felt yucky. Today thank God I feel good. Did my LBWO and cardio and even a little arm toning, for total of 75 min. I ROCK! (LOL)

Yesterday had 0 energy and feeling very yucky thanks to TOM, so no exercise. Today I felt just a tiny bit better but forced myself to workout anyway. Was very unsatisfied with the workout cuz my toddler kept interrupting and I'm still not feeling 100% but hey, better than nothing right?
