"Low-Carb Breakfast" from MSN???? Not very!

I read thru a couple of recipes and found they were not LC at all, they contained sugar, cornmeal, and/or flour!

Now, if you do an advanced search you can search by carb count, even as low as 5g, so why didn't they do a search of their own recipes and put those in the article????? Hmmmmmm...maybe because they have no idea what LC is? Nah! A reputable source like MSN would research something before publishing, right!

No kidding! My boyfriend mentioned their hashbrown strata recipe to me the other day and stated it was similar to my breakfast casserole, only they substituted hashbrowns for the bread I no longer use. I just cut it out completely and the casserole still works very well.

Some people just don't get it and, sadly, probably never will.
