Going to Friday's - good choice for dinner?

Going to Friday's for Skinny fiance's b-day, what should I order? Since I'm not far from goal, I probably should stay lower in calories? I've read so may different things, I'm a little confused.

I had the chicken and chees and subed out the potatoes for veggies. It is soooo good!
Also the buff wings don't have flour on them if you want an appetiser

Another vote for the Sizzling Chicken & Cheese minus the Potatoes!

I, too, like the Sizzling Chicken and Cheese. I've also had good luck ordering the spinach dip appetizer and substituting celery for the bread.

I am a Friday's Bartender

Hello all--- I am a bartender at Fridays, and I eat there every day. going low carb there isn't hard at all. here are some suggestions.

1) Cobb Salad-- low carb ingredients, and our bleu cheese and balsamic vinagrette dressings are both low carb.

2)sizzling chicken and cheese, no potatoes sub veggies.

3)fajitas, without tortillas.

4)classic sirloin with veggies

5)chicken ceasar salad no croutons.

enjoy!
