1/7 Curves, 40min elliptical, 20 min hip abduction 1/9 Curves, 1 hr elliptical, 20 min upper body Nothing this week so far, hubby in the hospital will try to go tonight |
1/13/04 45min elliptical 3 rep ~ 45lbs Pectoral, 3 rep ~ 30 fly, 3 rep 60 and 3 rep 50 hip abduction, stretched calves and did some body bar.

I feel lethargic today, think I overdid it ~ the gym last night. Called in sick and will go back to sleep in a few.

Oh what a morning. I went to the gym early this AM and took a body wedge 21 class. Boy did I feel the burn. OUCH! I will try it again even thought there are a lot of parts to the class that I can't do. http://bodywedge21.com/homepage.html also spent 20 mins on the recumbent bike maintaing a speed of at least 70 rpm. |

Gym after work 1hr Elliptical Trainer (3.8miles), 30min Treadmill (1.3miles) Upper/Lower body 30mins 3/2/04 ELLIPTICAL TRAINER 1HR 3.75MILES, MAJOR UPPER/LOWER BODY WORKOUT FOR 45MIN 3/3/04 OFF TO CURVES I GOT AT LUNCH TIME Elliptical Trainer 1 hr 3.75miles, Upper/Lower body workout 30min 3/4/04 Tried a Retro Cardio class for 20min (Aerobics) 45Min Elliptical Cross Trainer 3/5/04 Elliptical trainer 45min 2.7miles weights training 30 mins body wedge crunches and side benders 3/6/04 1hr ellipical trainer resistance at 10 4.1miles |

Took an Aquafit class, think I was actually sweating in the water. 3/9/04 Curves 1hr on the Elliptical Trainer 4miles resistance of 10. Some EYS Upper Body body bar moves |
