small success
I finished Motorola Half Marathon (13.1 miles),Austin,TX. in about 2hrs.
Now my goal is set on full marathon. Even after 13.1 miles I had ton of energy left. overweight->fit-> (half) marathon runner .I remember the days where I could barely run 1/2 mile.. but I had the will. Collective wisdom of this forum has been a great education for me. Thanks all. And thannks Dr. Atkins/Sears/Eades/Allan/Lutz and others ... neeam |

Well done on the marathon, that what I want to start as soon as possible, But on the low carbs diet what did you do for energy boosts?
