30 lbs down!
I'm happy and wanted to share some of my joy with all of you! After 67 days, I'm down 30lbs! My goal is now within site- only 14 lbs to go. Although I may later change my goal weight, I'll wait and see once I get there how I feel. Often we see posts with people having problems, which we all have from time to time, and it's important we share some of our happiness & sucesses too. Hopefully some of you will share your accomplishments and joys here too. Good luck to all.

Wow - that is a spectacular loss!
Just remember as we need to lose it does get slower so please don't get frustrated. Your body will be changing so much in the next few months from just this loss - it is amazing how the month after a great loss you really show it! |

I keep my food journal handwritten in a notebook, but here's what I usually eat..
At least 8-10 glasses of water daily Multi-vitamin 3 daily with meals Calcium supplement 2 daily with meals Fiber tablets 3 daily with a glass of water with each Co-Enzyme Q10 100mg daily (with a meal) L-Carnitine 1500mg daily (500mg pill before each meal) Chicken or turkey for protein (I don't eat pork or beef) Salad with a low carb Walden Farms Dressing- 2c salad 2 tbsp dressing Cheese- American, Cheddar, Provolone, or Mozzarella- 1 or 2ozs Advantage bar daily for breakfast usually Brocolli or other low carb veggies- 1/2 to 1c Endulge Chocolate- ocassionally as a treat Atkins Muffin w/ turkey bacon & lots of butter for a meal My carbs I still limit to 20g daily- it works for me and I don't really crave for more so... I know Atkins products make some stall, but luckily I don't have that problem. I try to exercise at least 3X's a week, and am generally active anyhow. Sorry I don't do an on-line journal, but it's easier for me to write it down as I drink & eat- with the exception of here and ocassionally ordering on-line I'm not much of a computer person.
