Roast Turkey and Cream Cheese Wraps
Makes 2 Wraps
Ingredients: 2 oz sliced deli roast turkey (2 slices) 2 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tbs chopped onion 1 oz bell pepper or jalapeno strips Method: On each slice of turkey spread with 1 tsp mustard and 1 oz of cream cheese sprinkle on chopped onion distribute pepper strips and roll up add salt, cracked black pepper or tabasco to taste and enjoy! :yum: Macros: Carbs: 5 g Protein: 22 g Fat: 20.9 g Fiber:1 g kcal: 294 Fat/Cal Ratio 64% Add a cup of lettuce and a dressing of 3 tbs olive oil and 1 tbs apple cider vinegar and you have a very satisfying meal, which will yield: Macros: Carbs: 6.9 g Protein: 22.5 g Fat: 61.5 g Fiber: 1.5g Kcal: 659 Fat/Kcal ration: 84% |
