Food in chinese restaurants?
 

I was wondering what foods in chinese buffets were ok to eat? Such as general sow chicken, hot and sour soup or egg drop soup?

Go to www.atkinscenter.com and there is a section about dining out in different kinds of restaurants(chinese, japanese, mexican, etc). He gives rundowns as to what foods are the best choices and what ones to avoid. It's much easier than trying to "guess" your way thru a meal.
