Help!!!

I can't eat anymore meat!!! If I even look at a chicken breast or piece of beef, I am going to throw up! I need some ideas as to what I can eat for a few days that does not include meat...what else besides eggs and veggis?
Thanks!

How many carbs are you eating? You could have some pasta (Dreamfields-5 net carbs per serving) with pesto on top. I really like artichokes with hollandaise too. You could make a low carb pizza....

The recipes on this site are really helpful, I'd check'em out.

You could try Salmon patties in Dr.Atkins recipe book. It always sounded kind of weird to me, but it's really good. If you like fish, get some orange roughy and coat in egg and then ground up pork rinds and fry it. It is really good. Make tuna salad and take a romaine lettuce leaf and put the tuna salad inside and roll up like a taco. Hope this helps and I could only think of fish because you are sick of meat.

I can't do any of that as I am on induction...strayed a little bit and am trying to get back on the wagon. I had another salad tonight but that is getting old too. Ugh!

Mashed cauliflower, egg salad, tuna salad, devilled eggs... any number of egg dishes, like the deep-dish pizza quiche. All induction-friendly and easy to vary in flavor. You'll find a lot of recipes in teh kitchen section.

This may help. Someone gave me that URL. There are menus there as well as many, many, good recipes. A lot of the recipes have pictures posted there.

Thanks everyone. Those ideas are very helpful!

I didn't see the "no eggs" part...sorry. You honestly can't really taste the eggs in teh quiche. It's just like pizza.

The quiche idea actually sounds good. That is a different egg taste then scrambled or over easy!

Ohh, I love Quiche. :) It's great because you can make it with any almost any leftovers you have in your fridge.

Personally, I love the Spinach Quiche. The Spinach gets very sweet when cooked with eggs and cheese. :) I use just a basic recipe then I toss in whatever veggies, meat, cheeses, what ever is about. It can be different every time. :)
