keto stick question?

Hi! I know alot people say the sticks are a waste-but for me they give me that sense that I am doing good. Anyway my question is- do you want the stick to turn purple or just pink. Also, if it is light pink does that mean I ate to many carbs??? Thanks!!

Hi,

I never used those, don't have them in Europe, but I've heard many times on the forum that ANY change in color is a sign of ketosis.
