mouth sores

On Atkins for 4 weeks. Have noticed blister like sores in mouth. Only other time I've had them is when I've had too much citrus fruit or juices--and I've had none. Anyone else?

I've had them before too when the acidity level rises. I've also gotten them when I am majorally stressed. Any stress lately? Eating anything that you haven't been eating?
