Calories Burn

while on induction and losing weight, how many calories per day should someone burn to get good fast weight lose. I burn about 900 calories a day

Ooh, good question! I think it varies per person. Are you sure you only burn around 900? My sedentary basal is around 1600 (I'm 44 years old, too) and that doesn't take into account any exercise I'm getting.
