just now starting SBD
Hello SBD board!! I just started the diet today. I am wondering if anyone can point me towards a post or website that can give me some good ideas for snacks on Phase 1. I see the recipe post, however it is a little hard to find what you are looking for because its a long thread.
Any help would be great! Thanks! |
Well, I haven't been here long but I have found that a can of Garbanzo beans roasted for a hour at 350 with garlic and chili powder taste pretty good. That was 1 suggestion I tried. Hope this helped a little.
