Were doing this all wrong!!

Kellogg's has recently discovered the secret to healthy eating and guaranteed weight loss. Kellogg's assembled a team of crack nutritionist who spent years trying to unlock this mystery. After thousands of painstaking hours they have hit the mother load! Ironically the answer was right in front of them the whole time! The answer my friends is Kellogg’s Special K cereal!

Here's your new WOE:

Eat a serving of Kellogg’s Special K, Special K Red Berries or Special K Vanilla Almond cereal for breakfast with 2/3 cup of skim milk and fruit.

- Replace either lunch or dinner with the Special K meal.

- Enjoy a Special K Bar as a snack, or eat fruits and vegetables for snacks.

- Eat your third meal as you normally would and consume beverages as you normally do.

Empty out your refrigerators and take the challenge: http://www.specialk.com/brand/sk_kay/overview.shtml

Happy New Year everyone!

Yikes! Since my name is Kay, I checked it out. If it's a joke, it's not an especialy funny one....and if it's serious, I may have to change my name!

The "Special K" plan has been around for a while. I think they're just dusting it off again because many people go on diets this time of year to shed the traditional 10-15 pounds gained over the holidays.

Tarheel, it's better to be Special K than Special Ed!

(my real first name is Edward)

LMAOLMAOLMAO!! That is so disgustingly funny!

I just wanna give them the finger.

I don't like Special K. Do you think Captain Crunch would work just as well?

ROTFLMAO!!!

If Captain Crunch works I'm hopping on that boat! LOL :)

I would like to try that right after my pancake and syrup diet is over... ;)

I think if you ate only a serving size ( usually 1 oz, or 2/3 a cup) of any cereal for breakfast and lunch, you would lose weight! Would have the hunger pains all day long to prove it!!

Birddog Fri, Jan-02-04 13:43

I hope they didn't spend too much time coming up with that diet plan.

jmayeux79 Fri, Jan-02-04 17:49

Lets hear it for Kellogg's new marketing strategy! (I mean diet.)

cheeze Fri, Jan-02-04 17:53

The special k plan reminds me of the tiny packet of granola that Jenny Craig said was my breakfast when I was on their plan LOL. I know people who have tried the special K diet none of them could stay on it long enough to lose weight.
