Hello there, I just joined this forum and thought I will introduce myself. I've been on Atkins for about 2.5 weeks {decided to carry on with induction for 3 weeks cause I did staffs wrong :( }. Stupid me, I did'nt get to weight myself just before starting :rolleyes: , yes its true...

Well anyway, I have a lot to loose, so I hope you will be my friend during this journey...

Have you thought about creating a journal here yet? It's a very valuable tool. You can look at some of existing ones in the My Journal / Bootstrap forum to see the various ways people do theirs. It's totally up to you what format you use (if any).
