Bottled Salad dressing
 

I saw that bottled salad dressing has a gram of sugar added...ranch, and bleu cheese, how many grams of sugar are allowed? Can we use a marinade for our steaks? I like Dale's, but like most things there is boo cooz of sodium, but we are just soaking the steak in it...is it ok? I really love this site, and can see going all the way this time....I don't know how to put in a picture, or put in new weights...help!!!! Thanx POCKET

Hi Pocket......If you can get the wishbone ranch dressing it has
17g fat
1gTotal carbs
<1g sugar......................I think if it says less then 1 gram its okay It shouldnt have any effect on your blood sugar, plus look at all the fat you get. These are based on a 2 tbsp serving.

I think I am right but correct me if I am wrong.

To change your weight, click on the "Profile" icon at the top of the page. Then click on "Profile" in the location ribbon on that page. (It's right after "User Control Panel", and the ribbon is right above where it says "New Subscribed Threads".
