Chicken And Cheese

i kinda made this up but got the idea froma fridays restraunt commercial

i sauteed 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts in some olive oil threw in some red and green peppers and some onions and some cajun seasoning
once the chicken was done cooking i put the chicken and peppers and onions in casserole dish and topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese let bake til bubly and cheese is slightly browned
it had a great flavour and my daughters gave me thumbs up ill make this often

Yummy!

I tried this today the chicken and cheese. Chicken with cajun seasoning, sauteed in olive oil. With peppers and mushrooms. Then cover with mozz cheese and cook. YUM
