support group?
 

hi all-
new to the paleo thing and am doing a modified version of it. i definitely think this is a super healthy way of eating and living. it has just been incredibly difficult so i am wondering if there is anyone in the northern california area who would be interested in a support group of sorts? especially people around their 20s..for some reason i don't know anybody around this age who is doing low carb!

well, I live in british columbia, but I'm in my 20s too. I find it's not hard to eat this way. most of my friends don't notice anything. meat and vegetables are pretty normal things to eat. i stay away from pizza and hamburgers but that's fine.

all in all it's a great way to eat and I feel sooooo good on it.

I wish I could find even one other person in the area who would want to get together and share recipes, etc... I am the only one in our house who is lc-ing, it is tough!
