slow down

If you eat breakfast sausage too often will it slow down your weight loss?
I usually have 2 eggs and 3 links every morning, or every other morning.
Does anybody know?
thanks

Assuming the carb count of the breakfast sausage is relatively low (1 or 2g per serving) you should be fine, as long as you are sticking to the plan. There's nothing inherently wrong with sausage as long as you stay away from the varieties that have sugar or filler added and count the carbs.

They probably contain a lot of salt as well, so make sure you are drinking enough water to flush the salt out.
