A friend of mine put me onto the lowcarb.ca site. Ironically, she's in the US! lmao.
I have been doing Atkins since Jan 25. I love it!! So easy to follow.
I am involved in a few other chat circles in regards to Atkins

I am Married, Mom of 3, work full time. I live not too far outside of Ottawa. I work in Ottawa. :wave:

If you havent all ready you should start a journal on this site. It is so helpful and fun......

Glad to hear you have all ready began your more healthier woe and have a support group in place but I think you will find this forum equally helpful and supportive.........

There are soooooooooo many wonderful people on here with such great advice and you can never have enough friends and support......

So, hopefully you wont be too shy and you will have the opportunity to search around this site as well as others journals....
