iam doing atkins and have been over 8 weeks. tonite i had 6 oz. tofu with eggs. Iam still doing Interduction and well for long while. Did i do wrong in eating it.?/ something about it is legume / //

Tofu is fine to eat on Atkins. Just remember to count the carbs.

I count carbs on every thing. In fact everthing that goes in my mouth.
ITgood to know on tofu after hearing it was no because it is legume / while doing interduction. I will be on interduction mostly till Fall.
But has no sugar . and low carb for 3 oz. only 2. carbs.
