More veggies! Also booze?
I was doing CAD, but the forbidden vegetables were mostly the ones I like best. Is broccoli okay? Corn? Probably not, right? My favorite- tomatoes? I'm glad that alcohol isn't condoned, either, I'd been feeling guilty about that. And crunching a cracker now and then won't send me into despair? A little fruit? I think if this is true, I will like this diet. Oh, onions? Thanks
