It's so easy if you put your mind and heart to eat.

I started the low- carb diet in June 1. I thought this diet was a joke at first, but then I said to myself "If i want to lost weight then what can I lose by trying it. As the weeks came from trying this diet, I felt more loose and enegized. My weight was at 200 when I started, but I didn't realize untill June 23, when My Army Recruiter Weighted me. I was suprise what He told me. He said " You weight 175" my heart stop and I thought to myself damn I did it. It's been years to figure out the best way to lose weight and I Found it. In my opinion this is diet of the year. Everyone should try it,they would gain alot of confidence towards the future.

My simple low carb diet it's simple, perhaps other or trying it. It consists of fried, baked, and grilled meat, fish, and chicken. My veggys or like rice to me. Don't get me wrong i miss my rice, pasta, and bread, but only was a month I eat it, it wont hurt. Im a new person in my heart. Girls see me differently and now i could wear a tank top out side and go to he beach. Dont get me wrong this diet is not over for me. My goal is to reach 135 and trust quiting and giving it not in my mind. I dont even know what does two words mean.

Thank you Dr.Artkins for making me and everyone better and healthy in our bodies and mind.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forum!

For you to not only lose the weight, but to keep it off, you need to think of low carbing as not just a "diet" but as a permanent way of eating (WOE). This will be a lot easier for you if you do some reading.

How about buying Dr Atkins' New Diet Revolution and reading it thoroughly? I can promise it will help you. Until you do, I would suggest that you at least go to www.atkins.com and read up the lists of allowed foods.

All the best!
