Weight Training on an Empty Stomach nad Overall Weight Loss

Hi all-
I am sure that it is here somewhere, but I was wondering is it better to do a weight training session in the AM on an empty stomach as well? I do a modified BFL program in the AM. Any suggestions?

Also, I am doing the Atkins diet. I was wondering what a normal weight loss should be when I am trying to build muscle. I know that muscle weighs more than fat, but I am wondering what my weight loss goals should look like.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Hi Stephen

Sorry, this one must have slipped through the cracks somehow....

Now.... You can do your weight training in the morning if you want to but I find that if I eat something 30 mins before I am more able to complete a better workout. Thats probably why most people do their weight training later in the day.

Some people doing weight training use BF% as their goal. Its hard to trust the scale while building muscle. The tape measure sometimes shows losses when the scale does not.
