Weight Training on an Empty Stomach nad Overall Weight Loss
Hi all-
I am sure that it is here somewhere, but I was wondering is it better to do a weight training session in the AM on an empty stomach as well? I do a modified BFL program in the AM. Any suggestions? Also, I am doing the Atkins diet. I was wondering what a normal weight loss should be when I am trying to build muscle. I know that muscle weighs more than fat, but I am wondering what my weight loss goals should look like. Any suggestions would be helpful! -Stephen |

Hi Stephen
Sorry, this one must have slipped through the cracks somehow.... Now.... You can do your weight training in the morning if you want to but I find that if I eat something 30 mins before I am more able to complete a better workout. Thats probably why most people do their weight training later in the day. Some people doing weight training use BF% as their goal. Its hard to trust the scale while building muscle. The tape measure sometimes shows losses when the scale does not. Akiwican |
