Question

Hello everyone.
Has any used any pure Protein powders such as "Isopure"? It has no carbs/sugar/fat. It's supposed to be the purest form of prtotein.
Also, what about psyullium husk/fiber powders?

Thanks in advance.

there are a lot of protein powders. I tend to use them only for shakes = quick meals. I try to buy the highest protein with the lowest carbs. I think Isopure is sweetened with Splenda. Check in the recipe section to see if there any reicpes that use it.

Psyllium husk is pure fiber which your body cannot digest. The easiest way to take it is in capsules. It is the cure for both constipation and diarrhea. I take it for the latter - one capsule morning & evening. GNC has its own brand and there are lots of others.

Are you sure you need added protein on this diet

I used to use Designer Protein before I started LCing and it was low in carbs.

Can't face eggs in the morning so I always have a protein shake with psyllium husk and cream.
