How Much Weight Did You Lose In the 1st 2 weeks?
I was just wondering.. I am on day 5 and i've lost 6 pounds so far.. Just wondering if that is normal..?

I lost 8 my first 8 days then gained it for cheating. :nono: Then lost 10 the 2nd week. Keep up the good work. |

The first few are going to be water weight...you will notice you feel lighter and your clothes fit better cause you are not bloated. Then, you will lose actual fat. I have been on for three week, so far I lost about 9 lbs altogether and last time I measured myself (a week ago) I had lost one inch each off my chest, waist and hips.

I lost a total of about 8 in the first 2 weeks, but remember, its an individual thing. It really depends on your metabolic resistance, doing a true induction, and exercise really makes a big difference. Best of luck!!!! You are doing great!

I lost 0 my first week and 8 my second

I lost 11lbs the first 2 weeks. 7lbs the first week and 4lbs the second week.

I lost 18lbs in the first 2 weeks, but I had a lot to lose and I was doing 30-45min of exercise every day.

I have done induction a few times now...and it seems that every time, I lose 14 pounds in 14 days. It's weird, I lost 10 pounds the first 7 days and then 4 pounds the next 4 days...all adds up to about a pound a day for me for induction. I'm a big guy though!

I lost 4 the first week 2 the next then for a month after that I would lose 1/2 pound and 1 pound alternating weeks. Then I had a woosh and lost 2 1/2 pounds. Now some weeks I lose and some I don't. It is an individual thing. What counts is that you are steadily going down.

I lost 13lbs in the first week and then didn't lose anything for the next 1.5 weeks. However, my body shape was changing so all is good.

I lost 15 lbs the first two weeks. After those first 15, I stalled and had to actually start exercising. :)
