Deep Fried Pork Chop

Is this a lo carb food?? I just called the restaurant where I am eating and this is what he said they had for meat....I am so confused?

As long as it isn't breaded than yes. If breaded than no :)

If you're talking about the Chinese restaurant, then more than likely not. Pork chops are usually breaded before frying, then glazed with a sugary/fruity syrup (strawberry is common). If you're unfamiliar with their menu, your best bet is to ask them for a meat and veggie stir-fry without sauce.

Hmmm

I gotta tell ya, the title of this thread certainly got my attention!

I imagine it's breaded too. But one never knows unless questions are asked...

Good luck with dinner!
