Finally Finally finally at 50!
 

I am official now.

I have released exactly 50 pounds as of today. I had been hovering at about 3-4 pounds above that for a few months. Up and down up and down.

BUT I had been using a lot of sugar alcohol products, which are out the door now. I cut those out this weekend and bam! Here I am at my first goal.

I also picked up a low carb barbecue book last night. As well as a couple of new dresses and tops! Wooootttt

I was looking around for flashing lights or something LOL but amazingly there are none, but I feel great.

I posted about some more details of this shopping spree in my journal. I am down to a size 18 pants last I purchased were 22's! So that is great news! I was shocked when they fit. Even more so when they came up for only 7 bucks! he he

Anyways, just wanted to share.

Now any ideas or thoughts on setting my next goal? This was some what of an unconscious one. LOL

I like setting lots of little goals (every ten pounds). But breaking that 200lb mark is my next big goal.

You might want to make your next big goal having less than 100 pounds left to lose -- that was a big one for me.
