Someone finally noticed!
 

There I was, bemoaning the fact that no one had noticed that I lost weight, when one of my colleagues said, "My gott {intended, he's Spanish, so this is his accent!}, you've lost a lot of weight, a lot."

I love this man! Finally, someone actually noticed. I'm so pleased. Just had to share the news. And it is so nice to fit into my business suits again... amazing, never thought I could get the weight off. Really is a miracle WOL...

lol with the accent...congratulations! No one's said anything to me yet, but I haven't lost that much. Well, except for my little brothers (not so little, 18 and 21) who I force to look at "before" and "in progress" pictures of me.

I think people do notice...maybe they just don't want to say anything because they may think they'll come off as being rude...I don't know, maybe that's just me. I once asked a coworker what she had been doing to lose weight and she said she hadn't been trying to in the first place and did I think it was necessary or something...geez.

I'm pretty sure lots of people would have been offended by that remark - I agree many people have been conditioned not to say you've lost weight

...and if people aren't SURE you've lost weight, they're taking a big risk. After all, if you notice someone has lost weight and take notice, you're also, in some way, suggesting that they needed to.

Yippee...my dh said to me, finally, last night -- you look like you've lost weight...I was totally shocked...

I've had people ask me over the past week and a half how much have i lost....and thanked them for noticing...

I have been trying not to eat after 6:30 (didnt work last night..but will tonight..) - that has helped me tremendously...(not regaining anyway) But, I seem to be at a stand still...flunctuating between 148 - 149.5..yikes! ;-}..but OH so glad to be where I am this morning!

I'd like to leave the 150+ mark behind me..no pun intended.....
