So excited

I never thought in a million years I would say this...but...

I am so excited I can finally fit into my size 18 (Average) jeans. I have been wearing size 18w, and didn't think there was a difference between the two. I bought the size 18 thinking I could wear them, but when I got them home....it was a "NOT ON YOUR LIFE" type moment.

I tried them on this weekend, and they fit me...not only could I get them on, I could breathe and move!!!!

Woo Hoo! You go, girl! I love that feeling. I'm right onthe edge of two sizes right now myself and I know I will be celebrating when those 14s go on nice and easy for the first time. :) My 16s are loose, but the 14s are still at the 'shouldn't wear them out of the house' mark.

Happy dancing is not the word for it

A few hours ago I ran into the EMT that got me out of my car when my car rolled, and he recognized me and asked how I was doing. We made small talk for a minute or two, then he said that I looked like I had lost some weight.

I told him that since I gave him a hernia when he took me out of the car, I figured I should lose some weight to be nicer to the next EMT that has to carry me around. He laughed...and then he gave me his phone number. He said that we should get together for coffee or something sometime.....

I am still blushing!!!
