I finally broke 200 pounds
After 3 weeks of not losing an ounce I weighed myself this morning and was 198. Its been 25 years since I weighted less than 200. So I'm down 25 pounds since January. My next target weight is < 190. Looks like I better start eating more fat. Yum.

Congrats!!!
I would love to be at about 210 - 215. I have a thick muscle build, just have about 60 pounds of fat to lose now to bring the muscle back to the surface. |
Congrats, I am looking forward to seeing a "1" in front of my weight sometime in the next month or two.
Keep up the good work |
Congratulations! I remember that feeling! My next celebration will be 157, that's how much I weighed when I got pregnant with my 17 yo and I haven't been there since.

I just started Atkins 2 weeks ago and I can't wait to break 200 myself. I am pretty close but the weight has slowed a little.

I lost 25 lbs. on the Diabetic diet but then stalled at 211 lbs. for the past 8 mths. Tomorrow is day 14 of induction for me and I'm down to 204 :). I can't wait to join you and break through the 200 lb. mark and hit the 1's again. Keep up the good work!!! Ali |
