I had my first whoosh and now I'm a believer.

Lost 8 lbs my first week of induction, then NOTHING, NADA , NIENTE , RIEN , for over three weeks. People said to hang in there and just keep doing what I was doing. I was skeptical, but I felt really good and wasn't gaining any weight, so what did I have to lose? (besides about 60 pounds :lol: )

This morning, five pounds off, just like that. Unbelievable.

I would have posted this in Tips and Stalls, except there's no tip: I just hung in there and ate well every day (except a couple days when I ate less well, but mostly very well!). I'm so psyched now; I really believe this is going to work.

I think thats how it happens, it takes your bod a while to realize hey....ok, Im not starving....ok, ketones are kinda yummy too. dig.

You are about to enter evangelist mode, since the weight loss is about to go into high gear. prepare yourself! Let us know how you do in a couple of more weeks!

Way to go!!! I just experienced my first whoosh after 8 weeks of nothing too. Sweet, sweet, sweet! Congrats! Nothing makes you feel more like dancing in the streets than a whoosh! LOL
