Goal is fast walk 3-4 days a week...run 2 days a week Both 5 km.
Weights every second day... so far this week did my 5k three times and off again soon....sore knee today so wont be a run. |

not doing the walk today..legs need a break....hand weights this afternoon tho...

Did a very long hard walk yesterday...doing another today between sons floors hockey.....noticing a difference in the mirror....
