Please check my fitday percentages
ON an average, my Fitday percentages are 62/63% Fat, 4% carb, 33% protein. I feel that I have not been losing as good as I should. For those of you who have lost a lot of weight, what percentages worked best for you?

Upping my fat percentage has worked for me. I eat about 70%/fat 3-4%carbs and the rest protein.

Never thought I would ever have to consider eating more fat. LOL
