minmum amount of work outs for CKD

I am going to try to get back into the ckd this qtr. What is the minimum amount of workouts I should have? What days? Would be best?
What is the minimum amount of calories I should eat? around 9-10x body weight?

The reason I ask this is because I will have minimal amount of time for working out cuz of school.
