sf jello....?

hi all-

was wondering if anyone knew if the sf jello that comes already made in the cups has carbs in it. it used to be made with maltodextrin, but i read the ingredients recently and they took out the maltodextrin. so does that mean its zero carbs?

It depends on the brand. Huntz sugar gree jello is made with real fruit juice and has some carbs. I belive Jolly Rancher is splenda sweetened and has no carbs. The jello has asperteme, but I don't belive carbs.

regular sugar-free jell-o has no carbs in it as far as the label goes and I eat a lot of it and have lost 25lbs in a couple of months, it hasnt effected me. It has been a savior.
