Monday - Sunday 5km run morning 5km walk evening 160 Ab Crunches 50 press up / alternate days (one on one off) Planning to incorporate 2 Time's per month (1st and 3rd Sunday) 10Km run in preparation for Nike 10K run |
Knackered today, Did a 10 mile walk last night and my hamstrings felt like piano wire on the run this morning, must get more sleep!

Back on form today, new personal best for 5km run and 210 Ab crunches this morning. Finished up with a 2 km walk in the evening.

Ughhh 5km run, 220 Ab crunches and 60 press ups!

Ah. So it isn't easy to get a body like yours. Oh well! :)
