I have reached my goal as well. I will admit I do eat frankenfoods a bunch
though. love those low carb bars. I did use them a lot as breakfast and because they do come with vitamins/minerals, I am healthier now then beforehand. at this point I have added back in some stuff, such as SF hot chocolate, the low carb breads/ wraps, LC pockets/pizza/pasta, some more fruit, etc. my carbs still stay below 50 and many times lower than that. I am also not afraid thought to steal a bite of pasta, ice cream, etc from my kids. its just a bite. I have complete self control. Overall this is a WOL for me. DH had surgery last week and they had an Au bon pain in the hospital. I stayed away and did not eat high carb items due to the stress. eating some of hte frankenfoods, I am sure, slowed me down, but in the end I lost over 20lbs in 8 months sandy |
