Sharwood's Mild Curry Paste
 

Posted in the UK Forum but now looking for help from anyone who has this product.

Hi,
I live in Japan and I recently bought a jar of Sharwood's Mild Curry Paste in the import section of a department store.
Unfortunatly the label was all in Japanese with no nurtitional info listed.
I did e-mail Sharwood's (about 2 weeks ago) and still haven't got a reply.
I also tried the UK webpages of Tesco and Sainsburys which both have Sharwood Products and the nutritional details but not the Mild Curry Paste.
I would appreciate it if someone who has a jar or sees it in the supermarket could check the label and give me the Calories, Fat, Fiber, Protien, Sodium and Carbs.
The bottle I have is the one in the bottom left of the picture below.

Do you use dietclub.com.au to track your food intake or do you prefer FitDay?
Bye the way, I grew up in Melbourne with my mother and my father lives on the Gold Coast. I have been living in Japan for 10 years but visit both Melbourne and the Gold Coast almost every year (although it's becoming more difficult with my fourth child on the way).

I use Fitday to track my food. Diet club is good for looking up foods, but that's pretty much all I do with it.

So I guess you're almost Aussie? I guess I should be saying "owyagoingmate, orright?" :D
