Went to Curves first thing this morning. Took it a bit easy today as I work really hard yesterday and was a bit sore.
For breakfast I had: 2 eggs fried in butter 0 carbs 9 mini wieners - 3 carbs 2 T sour cream- ? carbs ) have to look it up) |
My food for today:
9 mini wieners - 3 g 2 eggs - 1.2 g 2 T Sour cream - 2.4 g 2 hamburger patties - 4 g 2 eggs - 1.2 g 2 T sour cream - 2.4 g cauliflower - 1.5 g Total - 15.7 g of carbs. |

Gym log for Sept 12
30 minutes at Curves. Then I went to my new home and moved in my daughter's bed (double box spring and mattress) and set that up. Then I packed in a closet organizer that must have weighed at least 30 pounds and put that together and set it up. That was a good workout in itself! I keep forgetting to post my meals but I am keeping track of them. I am never eating more than 20 grams of carbs a day. I think once I reach 200 pounds I'll add some more carbs to my diet and see how that goes. |

I think I am going to plan to started BFL on Monday, if I get lots of unpacking done over the weekend and get organized enough to set my workout up. I WANT TO SEE THE SCALE SAY 199!!!!! |

15 minute treadmill workout complete...walk 2 minutes, jog for 1.
Had to stop after 15 because I was famished. Will be doing my weight workout in the afternoon. I have a few errands I MUST do first. |

Hi Tami, just dropped in, so glad you are working out. Maybe you will inspire me, so far am just walking a mile or two swinging 8lb weights, which feels good but i know i should do more. Ha, that must have been fun, getting "checked out" in Walmart! Now, if i'd been there, you probably wouldn't even have known I was checking, I am such a gentleman and so careful not to ogle or leer. So maybe a little ogling is ok, but leering is right out? Some gov't agency should issue guidelines for us guys. Cheers, bill
