I'm stuck...please help!
I've been on this WOL for almost a year and my weight loss has stalled completely since October. I've even gained a couple of pounds since then and lost the "high" I felt the first few months after I started this WOL. I take multi-vitamins, Essential Oils, and L-Carnitine, and exercise moderately 5 days/week. I typically drink about 3 quarts of water/day minimum.
I'd like to lose a few more pounds, so I decided to try cutting my calories back to about 1300-1500/day. My problem is that I can't seem to get enough carbs now and stay under my target calorie range. Does anyone have any suggestions for foods that I can eat that aren't high in calories, but might give me the extra 10 or so carbs a day that I'm lacking to hit my 20? I just started using Fitday (again) today, so I don't have a journal to show, but a typical day is: Breakfast: 3 oz hamburger patty w/1 oz cheese & mayo Lunch: Grilled chicken, beef, or pork along with a Wendy's side salad Dinner: Grilled meat again with a small salad and vegetable (broc, zucchini, green beans, or spinach) Snack: Low carb candy bar Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help! |
