excited flapping by birdgirl

Hi all! When I posted as a newbie, I mentioned that I don't like scales. I finally broke down and bought one after a month and a half on the program. I am putting it in the closet on a high shelf so I cannot obsess over it two or three times a day. Anyway, when I registered I used my last weight from the doctor's office when he told me I was going to have a heartattack by 35 (cheery, no?). So today I got on and was down to 285! I'm sooooo excited!

Congratulations on your wonderful loss! You deserve it! Yeah you can prove that doctor wrong then find another doctor.

I weigh myself every Monday morning no matter what. I change my stats accordingly. It really helps me keep on track!

WTG! Your are doing great!

I hate the obsession I have with the scale. I usually weigh myself in the morning after my morning routine and then at night before I go to bed. I can tell myself over and over not to do it and I do it anyway. I would love to get to where I only weigh myself once a week, but I don't see that happening.

Ugh! So many things to work on....
