salt and vinegar chips

Why am I craving this?. I had a small bag before the holidays and now at least
one a week. How do I stop this craving?. I was doing so well and now with the
holidays (Xmas in Punta Cana) one week I've gained a couple of pounds.
I'm taking an assortments of vitamins everyday(cq10, taurine, lcarnitine, b100
calcium/mag, flax oil) Am I missing anything. Any suggestions?

First thing to do, is get rid of the chips so you can't have any more. Make your own out of fried cheese if you need to.

Are you drinking a ton of water? That can flush electrolytes out of the body, and maybe you aren't getting enough sodium. Or they say pregnant women crave salt..... (ducks before she can be hit)

Try doing other things with vinigar and salt to see if that helps the craving. Use vinagrette on your salads, make cauliflower and use sweet rice vinigar like sushi, make cheese chips, fry LaTortilla into chips, or come up with other ways to get the salt and vinigar taste without the chip :)

Why not buy some spicy flavoured pork rinds?

Supplements renowned to help against cravings are L-glutamine and chromium. I use chromium (cheaper than L-glutamine).

they make salt and vinger pork rinds (not my fav thing pork rinds. . .but I LOVE SALT AND VINAGER. . .I veiw pork rinds as a delivery system and not a snack in themselves. . cheese. . .onion dip. . .salt and vinager flavor) but I only found them that once and I think it was at a $ store. Try some cukes sliced wicked thin. . .add some splenda to vinager with a little salt mix and let sit on the cukes. . .gives you a sweet sour crunchy thing. redawn:)

I don't really care for pork rinds. A snack I like is sliced cucumbers and onion slices marinated in vinegar, salt, pepper and water. (about half and half water/vinegar) I keep a bowl in the fridge for "keep me out of the chips" moments.
