Herbs and spices
Sorry for the multiple threads, I meant to include this in my last post. I am also interested in a list of spices that I should stay away from during induction and OWL as none of them list carb count on the labels. I like to cook with things like ginger, onion powder, paprika etc, and I have used the carb counter, but am looking for some real life experience.
