Herbalife shakes - New low-carb

I have some of the new low carb Herbalife shake mix. It tastes okay. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it with any success? I also have some of the thermojetic tea. Any suggestions on the effectiveness of this?

I am probably just trying to make a difficult situation easier. I just want these 15 to 20 pounds off and fast. I have been cheating and inconsistent. I totally believe in this WOE so what is my deal.

I take 20mgs of Prozac each day. Could this be a factor?

I have tried a few days of drinking, at least, a gallon of water. I do notice a difference on those days but I do not like to drink water at all. I honestly need a catheter.

Whew!! This pity party is done. I need to suck it up and get on with it. Any advice would be much appreciated. I love this board.

I have not tried those shakes, I buy whey protein powder from any health food stores, low carb of course, look around, some are better than others, I have tried the Gourmet whey carmel, very sweet, but good, the chocholate peanut butter I did not like.

It may be cheaper to buy a hugh pale of whey powder.

I too am on Prozac, and have been for 9 years. I have been low carbing since last week of august 2002, and Im losing fine. So, im sure your gonna be fine, you may lose a little slower than the average person, I do.

Also, Jamieson ultra slim down has a zero carb vanilla protein powder thats not bad, add some davinzi syrup, or whatever and its good. I got I at HY Zales.

I always put a splash of whipping cream in my shakes, and shake em up, makes a hugh differance.

Thank you.

I really appreciate your help. I do not have much time for lunch each day and drinking mine really helps. I will try your suggestions.
