effect of LC when already exercising
Hi all,
I had been following a fairly vigorous workout routine for well over a year before starting the LC WOL (minimum 1 hr cycling/treadmill/freeweights 6 days/week). My hope had been that if I exercised enough, I could eat all I wanted. :D After gaining 10 lbs in the past year, I realized that this wasn't going to work :( However, I am wondering a couple of things :q: Can I still expect to build more muscle as I burn fat, or would I have to increase my workouts even more to increase muscle? Do people who were already exercising regularly before they started to LC have a different pattern of weight loss than people who weren't exercising and started to exercise when they started to LC? |
