10 weeks to September challenge
 
This challenge is a followup to the 4th of July Challenge....yet it's a whole new challenge.

Pick your start date for July and finish 10 weeks later in July.

My start weight will be my weight on my weekly Tuesday night weigh in on July 6th. My 10th week will be September 14th. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks.

Each person decides how much they want to lose in 10 weeks.

Ready...set those goals and lets go lowcarbing.

Me to Me to. I need a challenge.

Today is a new start for me. I'm changing to CALP. Which means I need some accountability. LOL

Today was my weigh day 182.6 so 10 weeks will be 9/13.
I want to be down 15 pounsa. I've never done that much before but I can hope the new plan will get me well on my lossing weigh.

I'd like to join in also.

My 10 week goal (week of Sept 10) is to be an even 200.
Xmas Goal is to be at my goal of 150-160 pounds, so I need to get this big ole rear in gear~time is a wasting!

I honestly weigh everyday, but my day of record is Wednesdays.

hi I'd like to join in too. I'll use my Monday weigh-in of 167. er this is my first challenge as I'm a newbie so keep pointing me in the right direction. I'd like to lose fifteen lbs in the 10 weeks. So in september i should be 152.

Count me in! I'm going to call it from this past weigh in (Friday July 2). Because I don't have a scale at school, I'm going to have to make this an 8 week challenge and just count until August 27th. I can't promise there won't be some cheating here and there since it is summer, but I'm going to try to keep it very limited.

Ideally in that amount of time I'd like to lose about 5 pounds. That may or may not be possible since I haven't been losing much, but I think I may have come up with a way to see some changes. I mainly go by measurements though, so here's my "starting" measurements:

Neck: 13
Chest t: 33.5
Chest s: 31
Bicep: 12
Forearm: 9.25
Wiast: 27.5
Hips: 36
Stomach: 33.5
Thigh T: 23
Thigh B: 16
Calf: 15
Ankle: 9
Wrist: 6

Count me in, too! After just finding out that my old scale was lying to me and I'm actually 10 pounds more than I thought, I really need some motivation to stay on track.

My starting weight is 146.6 and I want to be down to 135 in 10 weeks. I am trying to reach my goal by my 1 year LCing anniversary on 10/23! Wish me luck!

Of course I am in Cheryl, I will use July 2 as my start, weigh in on Fridays. Would like to lose 10 pounds in those 10 weeks. End of challenge for me will be Sept. 10. Good Luck!

I'm already in 1 challenge, but this one sounds fun as well. I am currently ~ 187. I am going to shoot for a pound a week - I think that is a reasonable & attainable goal! :agree:
