Fitday and body fat %

I just got a new electronic scale that measures both weight and body fat.

I've been lifting weights and I'm looking forward to watching my body fat % go down from the current 25.9% (ouch).

Is there a way to enter this into fitday.com and have it track and graph it? The only way I can figure out to do it is to put it in my journal section and that wouldn't graph it over time.

I haven't seen anything in fitday that does that. I use Excel to track my BF% because I also like to chart my losses. I just set up a column with the date in it and a column with my weight and another column with my BF%. If you have any kind of spreadsheet program, you can use that.

You should grab Cross Trainer II. I can hook you up with a serial # so you dont have to pay to register it.
Its far better than fit day.

Thanks for the replies people.

Paleoanth: You're right about the excel idea. Before I got into using program to track my eating habits, workouts, and weight, I used to make complicated speadsheets that would even graph my weight and make predictions on my future weight. I've actually resurrected one of those excel spreadsheets and have been using it to track how much weight I lift for each exercise I do. I added some fields for body fat in there. Too bad fitday doesn't allow you to add custom information or goals.

Psilocybin: Thanks for the offer. I'll look into Cross Trainer II. I'm suspecting it is like a program that I bought called "Life Form" which while it looked like a windows 3.1 program, it was very powerful, allowed you to add tons of custom information, and had an extensive library of foods... much better than Fitday's food library. The reason I stopped using Lifeform and started using Fitday is because using the web is so convenient. I can immediately enter in my foods after I eat them when I am at other places than my home. Too bad fitday doesn't have all the features of lifeform.

Well, CT II is definately a Win9x application, if that helps :P
But if you're half decent with computers, you could always remotely connect to your home computer and add stuff in.
Personally, I'm around my computer most of the day, if not I can always remember what I've eaten that day.
